Who is All Options looking for?
All Options is looking for Junior Option Traders. We want to attract young people with an academic background, preferably with a Master degree in a Financial or Mathematical study. You’ve got to have a strong interest in financial markets and excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
Do you fit the profile?
Intelligence and communication are two key aspects to becoming a good trader.
Intelligence: Trading options is an exciting and demanding job. A trader has to be sharp at all times and able to account for every trade he or she does. Why? Every movement in the market, every change in market conditions and every change in corporate events has a serious impact on the position you manage as a trader and every impact on your position has an impact on the overall result.
Communication: As stated before there is a lot to be done during the day for a trader and since you’re not sitting alone (always in teams) everybody should be aware of the actions taken, whether that is in terms of trading or in terms of adjusting variables or a change in date when corporate results will be published. Everything has to be communicated - you need to be a team-player because it’s a group effort!
Are you sharp, passionate and excited? Do you adapt easily, love the figures, have the drive to excel and have a risk taking mind-set? Then you will probably fit the All Options Trader profile and we would be very interested in speaking with you!
